Content on this site is provided for general information about our wholesale services and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance by consumers; domain services are supplied under separate written agreements.
3. Partner Accounts
- Partner accounts are available to businesses that complete our onboarding checks. You must provide accurate company information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by your sub-resellers and API keys.
- Prepaid balances are held for the payment of registry and service fees and are not deposit accounts; interest is not payable.
- We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that puts WDR's accreditation, systems or other customers at risk.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use this website or our services to: infringe the rights of others; distribute malware or engage in phishing, pharming, botnet activity or spam; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorisation; scrape RDDS/WHOIS data for marketing purposes; or resell services in breach of your partner agreement. We may report unlawful activity to competent authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
The WDR name, logo, this website and its content are owned by Worldwide Domain Registry Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute site content except as permitted for your internal business use as a partner, or with our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Marks
ICANN and the ICANN-Accredited Registrar mark are trademarks of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, used under the terms of our accreditation. Registry marks and TLD logos belong to their respective registry operators. Their use on this site does not imply endorsement of any reseller.
7. Disclaimers
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and service-level commitments apply only where set out in a signed partner agreement.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data arising from use of this website, and our aggregate liability in connection with the website is limited to £100. Liability in respect of paid services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
